Once, after school, I walked on the way home. As I walked along, I suddenly saw a little sister walking on my side, chewing a cane. In school,I have to take a lot of lessons.Some are interesting while some are boring.But its the responsibility of the students to leam them all well. I have to try my best to finish it.During my growing time,a lot of trouble worried me.Thats awful and makes me blue.
Although I met with a lot of failure, I still have a lot of gains.I can make a priceless freiendship. As a junior student , I should have a firme aim to study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . 下午好！
因为爱，我们大家今天相聚于一堂，因为爱，我们不断的在改变，而改变，一直在身边。
20xx的11月，我怀着憧憬的心来到了我们医院求职。由于早期遗留原因，我们医院的地方小、拥挤，而且地段刚好处于国道的X型路口，交通对于门诊就医来说简直是个大痛病。第一次来到我院的情景还历历在目，那时候的医院就像迷宫一样，总感觉每走一次会绕回原点。但即使是再小的地方也包不住我们为病患热情服务的一颗心，那个时候，我发现即便如此，我们医院并不缺少病员，门诊前来就诊的患者依旧络绎不绝，我在思考，是什么原因，让我们处在一个不利的条件下，却创造出了这样的一个就诊现象呢。
入职后的我发现全院员工都处于一种充满了“爱”的氛围内，甚至上级领导也会常和下属进行沟通，这种氛围、这种环境是在其他工作单位里所不能见到的一种和谐。入院后不到一年，基本上和所有的同事都认识了个遍，那时候开玩笑的说，每一个同事都是我们的亲爱的，因为这种大集体、小环境的生活，让我们所有的同仁们都走的更近，走的更亲。
还记得刚入院时，我们还没有使用电子化病历，那时候的我们还没有CT机，在上级领导和总院领导的关怀下，我们不断进步，不断求新，为了能为医者和患者创造更好的工作条件和治疗环境，在院领导亲自监督下，医院环境每一年都会有巨大的变化，不仅是医院的墙壁、标牌变得漂亮、温馨，还有新的电子病历系统和总院CT机器的支持，更不说为了让每个科室的'发展，而大力投入购买的那些新型仪器，让我们医院变得更漂亮、高效、强大。
春华秋实，伴随所有对我们医院的关怀，随着新大楼不断的崛起，我们必将走向新的明天，作为这集体中的一员，我愿把更多的关爱给予我身边的每一位同仁，因为有爱，愿我们随着医院的成长一起同行，走向辉煌！

下午好！
光阴似箭，弹指一挥间，不经意间我已经在邯郸市第三医院工作了十五年了。参与并见证了医院的快速发展和今天所取得的成就。我想说：作为市第三医院的一份子，我以三医院为傲，市第三医院就是我的家，我与医院共成长。
十五年前的一个夏天，我来到了邯郸市第三医院工作，从我踏上工作岗位开始，市第三医院给了我很多的第一次：人生第一份工作、第一份工资、第一次认真思考我需要做的事情到底是什么？这段时间以来，我成长了许多，也改变了很多。我变得更加踏实，对工作也更加热爱更加努力了。
今天，医院在不断地壮大，我也在快乐地工作，医院变化我们看在眼里，乐在心里。如今的市第三医院交通便利、设施齐全，环境优美，还修建了职工食堂和车棚，车棚里还为职工配备了充电插座，让职工们真正感受到了医院就是自己的家。去年，医院新修建了眼科病房楼和综合办公楼等，一大批老旧建筑的装修改造相继完成，门诊部和住院部也焕然一新，这一切不仅为病人提供了一个更舒适、整洁、美观的就医环境，也为医护人员提供了良好的工作环境。十五年的时间过去了，环境一直在改变，没变的是医护人员对患者的.负责与关爱。
作为眼科门诊治疗室的一名护士，我每天都以最美丽的微笑、最亲切的语言、最贴心的服务、最饱满的工作热情来面对病人。
记得上个月，来了一位角膜溃疡的4岁小患者，需要球结膜下注射药物，她们一听说要在眼睛上打针，小朋友吓得哇哇大哭，家长心里也很紧张，“小朋友，不哭，阿姨和你玩一会儿，阿姨这里有牛奶糖，你若听话我就送给你”，“球结膜下注射是我们眼科常见的一种注射方法，打针之前在眼睛里先滴麻药，医学专用之后才开始注射，注射时一点儿都不疼......”“小朋友，你穿的小裙子真漂亮，是妈妈给你买的吗？”、“阿姨认为你是一个很勇敢的.小朋友......”后来，经过我的耐心讲解及一番夸奖之后，小朋友很勇敢的接受了治疗，注射完毕，家长悬着的一颗心也放了下来。后来，接连几天，小朋友来打针就说，“我要小常阿姨给我打针，她打针一点也不疼......”听了小朋友的话，我很欣慰，同时也感到用自己所学及时帮助小患者度过难关而感到自豪。
在成长过程中，使我懂得了珍惜健康、呵护生命，把自己对生命深深的热爱，融入到护理工作的每一个对象、每一个细节之中。我认为在护理工作中，多给病人一些理解，病人也会给你一份关心！
记得有一天上午将近12点的时候，我正准备下班，走廊里突然传来了一阵急匆匆的脚步声，来了一位右手捂着眼睛的小伙子，二十岁模样，由母亲搀扶着，焦急的神情透露在母亲的脸上，“护士，快帮帮忙吧，我孩子眼睛里进东西了，你把它给取出来吧！......”阿姨很是着急。这时，我看到了阿姨哀求的眼神和紧皱的眉头，连忙说：“阿姨，您先别急，我马上给他看看，您放心，我一定会尽力的！”当我为小伙子取完异物的时候，阿姨紧皱的眉头也舒展开了，脸上露出了笑容，“谢谢，谢谢！真不好意思啊，耽误你下班了......说着说着阿姨从包里掏出五十元钱，硬塞给我，“阿姨，您太客气了，这是我应该做的，我不能要 ......”最终，在我的劝导下，阿姨才肯把钱收起来。
后来我在和阿姨聊天中得知，患者的左眼在一次意外中被摘掉了，目前安装了活动性义眼，单靠右眼生活，因此患者的右眼一旦患病，阿姨就很紧张，也很重视。
展望未来，我对医院充满信心与自豪，自豪中又平添了一份责任。医院的发展需要我们共同的努力与奉献，在今后的日子里我将更加努力的学习，不断地在业务上严格要求自己，为医院的发展贡献自己的力量。
